If you wish to change the world, you must first change yourself…

I believe that one of the most socially responsible actions each of us can take is to pursue our purpose, namely the path which most enables us to thrive.

When we thrive as individuals, we can participate in serving the collective and begin creating the world we wish to live in.

My work lies in supporting women to connect with their inner wisdom, values, life story, and purpose, and to cross the bridge from maiden to the mature feminine archetype, to build lives that align with the truth of who they came here to be.

By shedding stories, beliefs, and values that have been keeping us small, we begin to experience an inner unfolding of the aspects of our true nature we once exiled in order to survive.

Through coaching, teaching, mentorship, and story I support women who are outgrowing and shedding the good girl identity, and ready to step into a new chapter of life that feels meaningful, satisfying, and true to their wiser selves.

At this moment in history…

We are in the midst of an intense recalibration.

We are being called to evolve; to reimagine our lives as we have known them, and to remember who we truly are.

So many of us are feeling called to step up and embody the change we wish to see.

If this work is for you, you may be finding that;

  • You can no longer tolerate the grind of business as usual.

  • The confident, goal-oriented good girl in you is on her last legs.

  • Your hustle culture days are behind you, but the new version has not yet been birthed.

  • Disillusioned by the status quo, you deeply desire only truly meaningful work.

  • The vision for who you want to be in your next chapter is only partially formed.

  • You would love nothing more than to escape, cut it all, and start anew.

A woman must continually shed her skin. She must transform herself over and over again.

What if ALL of us were to heed this call to rise, embody truth, and decolonise?

Imagine what the world could look like if women everywhere crossed the threshold into the mature feminine, and rooted all the way down into their truth and power.

We serve neither the world nor ourselves by continuing to shrink ourselves, follow patriarchal playbooks, or squeeze into places we’ve outgrown.

As someone who played this game for far too many years, I know every angle, justification, and rabbit hole of this story. I also know how difficult it is to escape.

The template for life that we have been taught is one we’ve followed for the past 4000+ years, but it was not always like this.

We continue to repress and oppress ourselves because the keys to the mature feminine kingdom were not passed down.

Whether we are mothers birthing children, or women who are child-free or childless, there is no initiation, no map, no framework to guide us beyond maidenhood.

Instead, we absorb messages from the culture that tell us our value is dependent on us freezing our youth, our innocence, and our fertility, if we wish to maintain our worth as the years progress.

In Sarah Durham Wilson’s words, ‘In Maiden, life happens to us, whereas in Mother, life happens through us.’

In our mature feminine we:

  • Create life through birthing creative projects, children, or our work into the world.

  • Know our worth, and seek validation only from ourselves.

  • Take responsibility for our lives, and no longer embody the archetypal maiden-in-distress.

  • Protect Life, our Values, the Earth, and its children with fierce, archetypal mother love.

  • Speak our truth.

  • Take no sh1t.

What can I do to support you?

As someone who attempted to leave the so-called ‘corporate world’ in 2015, but continued to cycle back in, and then out, and back in again, I wholly understand the reality of that life and its many pros and cons.

When you don’t have a financial fall-back or leeway as you build a new life, it is genuinely terrifying to take the leap and step out of a job that gives you a regular, decent paycheck.

And yet, despite all my best intentions to suck it up ‘9 to 5’ and pursue my creative projects in my free time, I repeatedly failed and poured all of my energy into my day job. My free time meanwhile was spent recovering, restoring myself, and future-tripping.

Eventually I took a runway job to freedom and a life in which I could be myself.

Having navigated what I know is not an uncommon experience for women, I want to help those feeling called to lead a bigger, freer life by providing maps of the territory, tips to chart the course, and moral support along the way.

  • Jane brings a wealth of experience to her coaching

“I had the absolute pleasure of completing a series of coaching sessions with Jane and I've gained so much from her during such a short time. Jane brings a wealth of experience to her coaching and is incredibly approachable, calm, encouraging and non-judgmental which is exactly what I was looking for in a coach. Together we worked on helping me gain more clarity and confidence in my direction, personally and professionally, to allow me to feel a greater sense of calm in where I am and where I'm heading in the short and longer term. This has not only provided me with stronger foundations and direction for both my professional and personal life, but it's also given me a valuable toolkit that I am using every day to work towards my goals. I'm feeling more confident, calm and excited about my direction thanks to Jane.”

    — Siobhán, Marketing Manager, London

  • Working with Jane has encouraged me to reflect on experiences in my life and to look at them through a different lens

"... rewriting the story around them. It has explained self-limiting beliefs in a way that was much easier for me to understand in comparison to other ways that I have heard them explained previously.

I would recommend this work to anyone who would like to learn more about their values and purpose. Anyone interested in their personal growth and also for anyone who feels like they are in a transition stage of their life."

    — Catherine, Galway

  • Jane has a gift for creating a safe space to explore

"... and reflect on deep questions. She has a great ability to explain concepts in a relatable way. There was also a groundedness and practicality to this work which I really resonated with. I have gained more clarity on my values. I now understand that I was focusing too much on finding my "purpose" without considering my values first. Understanding my values has allowed me to live more in alignment with my true self in my day-to-day life. The story edit is also very empowering (although confronting). This work has also made me more focused and inspired me to take action and make small steps right now, instead of (more) waiting to figure out my purpose."

    — Ellen, Dublin

  • After only one session I was able to identify a recurring theme in my working life that was not supporting me

"Jane’s compassion and wisdom was just what I needed – her coaching sessions provided an open space where I could find clarity and stillness. After only one session I was able to identify a recurring theme in my working life that was not supporting me, and immediately start to make changes, without becoming overwhelmed. While the strategies we used were simple and gentle, they ran deep and got to the heart of what was going on for me. That is Jane’s talent."

    — Rachel, Senior Speech & Language Therapist, HSE, Ireland

  • I cannot recommend Jane enough...

“Her presence and demeanor made it so easy to share and get deep into aspects of my professional life I had been unhappy with. I would throw a lot at her about how I was feeling and she had an incredible way of making what I said more concise and find a productive action item for things I was struggling with. I feel more structured, focused and excited about where I am professionally as well as where I am going which is something I hadn’t felt in a long time.”

    — Molly, Development & Production Consultant, L.A.
