1:1 Coaching

Whether you are navigating a specific life transition, career challenge, or simply reaching a point whereby you are ready to play bigger and step into a new chapter in your life, coaching can provide a useful space for you to reflect on your situation, clarify your goals, and develop a plan to take you into your next phase. 

First we explore and reflect on where you are now. From there we peel back the layers to rediscover, remember and identify your own unique values, gaining clarity on what life story you want to live out in this lifetime.

This knowledge of your own unique Values, Purpose and Story provides you with the foundations to course correct, reset, and emerge as a more aligned and authentic version of yourself.

Why work with me as a coach?

Who you choose to work with as a coach is an important choice and should be decided based on your gut feel, the approach that most resonates with you, and the experience of the coach.

I encourage you to read about my own background and get a feel for who I am through my writing on social media. You can then book a free 30-minute discovery call to further assess the fit. 

My approach is based on non-judgement, compassion, and challenge. I work with techniques and concepts from contemporary neuroscience research which ensures we are optimising the coaching process for real and lasting change, with a focus on head, heart, and gut. 

As is necessarily the case, life experience, and professional experience lays the foundations for our appreciation of the difficulties presented along our paths. It is for this reason that I share my own life and work experiences on social media and my website, such that can get a sense of who I am and whether or not my approach may resonate with you.  

I will walk alongside you to encourage and support you on your journey of change whatever your agenda may be. 

Please note, Coaching is different from Therapy. 

Having spent many years in Therapy, and many in Coaching, and after spending a year in 2022 / 2023 beginning to train a Psychotherapist, I am wholly clear on my preference for Coaching as a modality that has supported and continues to support me to move forwards towards my potential in a healthy way.
