Liberate yourself to live a life that is true to you…
Truth Medicine Programme
Truth Medicine is a 12-week programme for women ready to transition from a half-lit phase of life to their Creatrix era—stepping into something truer, more expansive, and wholly aligned with their own unique values, beyond the patriarchal playbook.
Together we step into a 12-week container in which we work with Values, Purpose, Story, and Rites-of-Passage wisdom to equip you with knowledge, practices, and integration tools to support the process of connecting with your own unique Truth.
This work is both simple and transformative.
In many ways, it’s a homecoming—connecting to our own unique Truth begins with unlearning. It’s a process of identifying, observing, and unraveling the cultural narratives we’ve absorbed that no longer serve us.
We shed the aspects of ourselves we’ve outgrown, gain clarity on who we wish to become, and begin crossing the bridge from the patriarchalised ‘maiden’ to the mature, feminine Creatrix who awaits us on the other side.
The mature feminine knows her worth and does not seek it outside of herself.
She is wise, self-sourced, all-knowing, intuitive, fiercely protective of her boundaries, and of those who are oppressed.
A Creatrix is a woman who is the creator of her own life—one who taps into her inner power, wisdom, and creativity to shape her reality on her own terms.
“The true heroine does not conquer the world—she learns to listen to the voice within, to trust herself, and to create a life that is deeply aligned with her essence.”
Maureen Murdock
Why this matters
We live in a system that measures worth by status, wealth, and a narrow definition of success shaped by privilege —a system in which most of us cannot truly thrive. For years, I’ve witnessed brilliant women feeling stuck, disconnected, and unsure of their next steps—not because they lack ambition, but because the path laid out for them no longer fits.
Truth Medicine exists to change that. By reconnecting with your values, purpose, and inner knowing, you gain the clarity and confidence to create a life that is truly your own. This isn’t about burning it all down—it’s about stepping into a more authentic, fulfilling way of being, without necessarily abandoning your stability or security.
Now is the time to reclaim your path and step into the life that truly aligns with you.
Who is this course for?
This course is for women who relate to the following:
You’ve been feeling stuck in a rut with your career or have lost your motivation to climb the ladder.
You’re tired of shrinking yourself to fit into workplaces, relationships, or structures that require you to stay small, pleasing, and polite.
You need practical tools, guidance, and community to bloom into the next chapter of your life beyond the good girl version of yourself you’re outgrowing.
You are realising that no job, partner, achievement, or purchase is going to save you, and that you need instead to seek inside yourself for clarity on what’s next.
You’ve been isolating or numbing yourself to escape the discomfort of feeling ‘behind’ or ‘off track’, and would benefit from sitting with a community of like-minded women.
You’ve spent the past couple of years witnessing a global polycrisis unfold, and business-as-usual feels impossible.
Meanwhile, you need your job, a steady income, your financial security, and you’re not in a position to blow all that up… or you’re not yet in this position.
You want to lead a life that is creating the world you wish to live in.
What does it mean to align with Truth?
Aligning wholly with our Truth, we come into integrity, and step into more expansive versions of ourselves and our lives.
For me, Truth with a capital T is what I know intuitively to be correct, based on a whole-body knowing, and an alignment of head, heart, and gut.
It sometimes requires deep listening, time, stillness, and silence to connect with, and other times arrives like a bolt of lightning, or a feeling of knowing.
Many of us become well-practiced in dismissing and overriding our Truth as children and young women, because we were following external advice, structures, paths, and rule-books that we believed to be superior, inevitable, and even obligatory.
As we begin to edge towards mid-life however, the version of ourselves that could tolerate the BS begins to dissolve, and our Truth starts rising to the surface.
In honouring it, we are forced to throw away the patriarchal playbook and look within.
This is a rite-of-passage that we are naturally programmed to experience, and a call to bloom into the next chapter of our lives as exactly the type of women the world needs.
The mature feminine version of you is wise, self-sourced, all-knowing, intuitive, and fiercely protective of her boundaries, and of those who are oppressed.
Without the tools to connect to the mature feminine within, or the possibility to get to know her, too many women get stuck in a jaded, lifeless, frozen version of their good girl, patriarchalised maiden selves.
Instead of blooming into the next phase of life, they continue to live life on repeat as versions of themselves they’ve outgrown, while doing all they can to cling to the youth, fertility, external validation, naïve ambition, and people pleasing ways of the good girl.
When I say ‘they’, I of course mean ‘we’, and ‘me’.
I have been this woman stuck in the no-man’s land between stages; unable to go back but afraid to move forward. I am intimately familiar with the pain, the avoidance tactics, the clinging to what is known in all its toxicity, and the crazy-making reality of playing smaller and smaller to fit into places I’ve outgrown.
There can be such an overwhelming sense of being the ‘only one’, the ‘odd one out’, the one who has ‘fallen behind’ when we’re moving from one phase of life to the next without the external markers of ‘success’. The shame of feeling off-track can result in isolation, self-doubt, and a desire to leave it all behind and start afresh.
Having spent many years navigating this territory throughout my own inner unfolding, I have collected my fair share of maps, tools, and frameworks.
This toolkit I share has supported me through the painful grieving process of letting go of my younger self, and has empowered me to continue maturing into who I’m here to be.
I’ve been working with individuals and companies over the past five years on Values, Purpose, Vision, and Story discovery and alignment. Having completed facilitator training with Sarah Durham-Wilson and her team of teachers in Rites of Passage work in 2023 and 2024, I have now integrated this powerful framework too to create a richer map of the territory to be explored for those of us navigating the heroine’s journey.
The lesser-known Heroine’s Journey is often traveled beneath the surface as we continue to show up for business and life as usual.
For many of us it is through an experience of the Heroine’s Journey that we are forced to grapple with an inner dissolution, transformation, and awakening.
Such a journey is often catalysed by loss, grief, betrayal, or traumatic life events that wake us up to the reality that nobody is coming to save us, nor could they if they tried.
We must commit to getting to know ourselves deeply - our Values, our Purpose, our Stories, and our Visions for our lives - and then take the often unglamorous, steady, daily actions to honour and embody our true nature.
Crucially, for most of us, we must navigate all of this inner awakening while showing up in our lives as they are right now, continuing to put bread on the table, keeping roofs over our heads, and appreciating rather than escaping our current realities.
What is involved in this programme?
This is a 12-week programme in which we work with Values, Purpose, Story, and Rites-of-Passage wisdom to equip you with the knowledge, practices, and integration tools that will enable you get to grips with the lay of the land, to build clarity on who you are evolving into, and how best to navigate the process of awakening.
In a confidential online container, we will learn together, share our experiences, and support one another to discover the unique inner wisdom we are uncovering to guide our paths forward.
Beginning to move more slowly, peacefully, and wisely through the world is an important part of this journey, and as such we will work also with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practices to support the embodiment of your inner unfolding.
What will we cover?
In our three months together we will move through the following:
Three key themes to guide our journey - Shedding, Transition, and Emergence.
Stories and myths of the heroine’s journey that give meaning to this transition into the mature feminine.
Group and individual exploration of the characteristics and values of the younger, maiden version of ourselves that we are outgrowing, and identification of those we wish now to welcome in and embody.
Discussions on the importance of stepping up into a version of ourselves that takes responsibility for creating a more just, loving world in times of ecocide, genocide, and polycrisis.
Yoga Nidra practices to support you to connect with the vision you wish to call in for the next phase of your life.
An introduction to the power of story, and how we can use our stories in empowering ways to create launchpads for the next stage of our lives.

What results and takeaways can you expect?
While growth follows a spiral, not a straight line, you can expect to gain the following:
In participating in the weekly Zoom calls, and the exercises we complete during / after, you will have the opportunity to explore, define, and consider what actions you would like to take to align with your own unique, Values, Purpose, Story, and Vision.
You will develop an understanding of the Heroine’s Journey, and how it relates to your own process of self-discovery and awakening. This can be deeply revelatory, validating, and empowering as an alternative framing tool for our less celebrated stories of resilience and growth.
Through the rites-of-passage work in which we explore the crossing of the bridge from maiden to the mature feminine archetype, you will be guided to consider the ‘societal shoulds’ you’ve been carrying, and how they have been keeping you small.
For many of us, simply the opportunity to gather in spaces where we are surrounded by like-minded, like-hearted people and connect as a group is all the nourishment we need, and we know that the discussions that happen therein give rise to individual and collective transformation.
As always, what you receive and ‘achieve’ throughout and off the back of these 12 weeks will be dependent on how you arrive into them, where you’re at on your own heroine’s journey, and the time and energy you have to invest.
Community Values
Masculine / Feminine Balance - there is a clear structure with regards what we will cover and how we will cover it, but the feminine principle of flow will also be honored. We appreciate that much of the value inherent in such containers lies in allowing space for the discussions that emerge spontaneously.
Eco-system vs Ego-system - while I will be facilitating our calls, guiding you through the content, and managing the space, my intention is that this space be an eco-system, and that we all be learning from each other without a sense of ‘teacher / student’ hierarchy.
Focus - given the times we’re in and the events unfolding on the world stage, as a group of concerned citizens, we could spend all of our time reflecting on the different aspects of the ongoing polycrisis. While the polycrisis comprises much of the context for this journey, we will focus on the work itself to ensure you are getting the value you signed up to receive.
Inclusion - we will each be arriving to this space with differing life experiences, cultural backgrounds, and current realities. All are welcome as long as there is no discrimination against or judgement towards others. We all have our crosses to bear, and moral superiority is not invited into this space.
Confidentiality - in joining this programme you commit to honoring the privacy of each participant involved, and not sharing any stories, information, or names outside of the container. Having spent many years working for well-known organisations I appreciate the challenge experienced by so many professionals of not having safe spaces in which to have real, truthful discussions without running the risk of reputational damage.

Rather than focusing on how you might change and 'improve' yourself to be successful within the current system, in this course we consider how the system may be rigged against many of us humans, and explore the programming we have absorbed that makes us feel like there is something 'wrong' with us.
The invitation therefore is to reconnect with who you are without the expectations and success markers of late-stage capitalism, and to discover who you would like to become on the basis of your own 'success metrics' - i.e. your Values, Purpose, & Vision.
-
This course is designed for women and femmes whose experiences resonate with the course description and who are ready to commit to personal growth, which may also include the essential act of resting.
Navigating the transition into the archetypal mother role requires an awareness of the privilege we hold. It involves a commitment to move beyond a lens of individualism and to consider the experiences of those who are historically marginalised and overlooked.
A foundational interest in intersectional feminism and an understanding of the importance of appreciating intersectionality are crucial for this course.
We strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Therefore, any form of ableism, racism, transphobia, or homophobia will not be tolerated.

Decolonisation refers to the process of recognising and addressing the historical and ongoing impacts of colonialism.
In the context of this course, it is a theme woven throughout which involves examining power dynamics, challenging dominant narratives, and honoring diverse perspectives and experiences.
This process encourages participants to reflect on their own positionality and privilege, and to consider how they themselves have been colonised.
Ultimately, it aims to promote a deeper understanding of how we can all contribute to social justice and cultural awareness in our personal development journeys.
This is not a course that will educate you on decolonisation, nor am I an expert on the topic.
As an Irish person, I'm a life-long student of the topic, and I also have a lot to learn.
However, it is an important lens that we will incorporate throughout to support us in taking responsibility for the next phase of our lives.

The archetypal mother symbolises the nurturing, protective, fierce, wise, and self-sourced qualities of maternal energy that anyone can embody, regardless of whether they have birthed children or are caregivers.
For many of us raised in patriarchal societies, the maternal energy we experienced may have reflected that of the patriarchalised mother—one who conformed to societal rules and may not have have had the opportunity to fully embrace her true power as the archetypal mother.
This course aims to help women and femmes, with or without children, connect with the characteristics of the archetypal mother as a mature, empowered feminine presence.
Irrespective of being mother to a child, this energy is available to us if we choose to nurture and embody it. In today's world, there is a pressing need for this grounded, loving, and fierce energy to ensure a livable planet for future generations.
Mothers and women without children alike are welcome in this course.
