3. Free Yoga Nidra

In celebration of Imbolc, which marks our transition from Wintertime into Springtime in the Celtic Calendar, I recorded a Yoga Nidra practice to support you in honouring and dropping into this threshold should you feel called to do so.

This practice lasts approx. 27 minutes, and the focus is on the nurturing and super-charging of the little seeds of potential within you that are readying themselves to begin to make their way up and out into the light of day.
